The flavours are Thai inspired, with a strong oriental influence of Kaffir Lime leaves. Our flavour notes are:
Our Premium flavoured sweet and aromatic, with juniper and Oriental Citrus. Palate: Light zingy lime gin, with complex spices and umami flavours. Finish: Sweet, citrussy and smooth, with hints of Thai spice flavours and pea flower that makes it change colour.
Serve over plenty of ice, with a slice of grapefruit, the zest of lime peel and tonic water.
