Heavily influenced by our dark and sweet PX sherry casks, this is a decadent whisky, with a deep, rich and more intense flavour, perfect after dinner or to relax and unwind.

An enticing aroma of Medjool dates, sultanas and polished wood leads to dark chocolate, sun-dried dates, wood spice with a whiff of smoke on the palate, with a rich, warming and lingering finish.

Bottled at the natural colour, The One Sherry Cask Finished is 46.6% ABV and has been non-chill filtered for a richer mouthfeel and fuller flavour
