Our English truffle oil is made entirely from locally sourced ingredients. We shave English black truffles, foraged in Southern England, and expertly blend them with our unique flavour & an award winning extra virgin rapeseed oil from Oxfordshire. The rapeseed oil is cold-pressed, which produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged.
What does it taste like?
Heady earthy aroma. Black truffle flavour throughout with a smooth, nutty finish.
How should I use it?
Use our English Truffle Oil (100ml) as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving.
Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
